Can I RSVP online or do I need to mail in an RSVP card?
We invite you to reply online! You will find the "RSVP" tab at the top right of this page. There, you will be able to reply for all members of your party.
What date should I RSVP by?
Kindly reply by September 13th, 2025.
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is black-tie optional. Ladies may opt for floor-length or tea-length formal dresses. Gentlemen may opt for a tuxedo or dark colored suit and tie.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Our venue is indoors, so no need to worry about North Carolina’s unpredictable weather! Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside, but there is an outdoor courtyard if you’d like to step out for some fresh air.
May I bring a guest?
All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to "{Your Name} & Guest", a plus one has been given to you. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. We thank you for understanding!
May I bring my children?
All invited children will be listed, by name, on your invitation. Otherwise, we hope you will take this opportunity to relax and celebrate with us, kid-free!
Where should I stay?
We have rooms blocked at a couple of hotels in the downtown Raleigh area. Please see the "Hotels and Transportation" tab at the top of this page for more details about accessing these reservations.
How should I get to and from the venue?
We’re excited to provide transportation for guests staying in our hotel room blocks with The Great Raleigh Trolley! Trolleys will begin pick-up at 3:30pm in front of both hotel locations, so please plan to arrive promptly to ensure you make it to the ceremony on time. After the celebration, the first trolley will depart the venue at 9:00pm, and beginning at 10:00pm both trolleys will be available to shuttle guests back to the hotels. Additionally, ample parking is available at the venue and Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible in the area!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to be seated.
What type of food will be served? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We are excited to share a southern-inspired menu featuring many of our local favorites. Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour with a seated dinner to follow. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies will be able to indicate as such when they RSVP.
What time will the reception conclude?
The official festivities will come to a close at 10:00pm when the bride and groom make their exit, but with the nightlife epicenter of Glenwood South only 15 minutes away, the party doesn't have to stop!
What should I do while I'm in town?
Raleigh is a city with lots to see and do, which is why we are so excited for you to come visit! Please check out out the "Raleigh Guide" page for our recommendations on the best eats and activities in the area.
